Cradle purpose made, very strong and at a height that makes working on the bottom very comfortable.
Davit purpose made s/s for transferring the outboard to and from the cockpit locker and the outboard bracket. The davit is in 2 pieces, so the standing part is permanently fixed at pushpit height and lifting part slots into the standing part so it can swivel between the locker and the bracket. When not in use it stows neatly away with the outboard in the cockpit locker, thus avoiding heavy lifting.
